Who we are

Shopahold is a product of Tozun Solutions (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 42164824), TODO: vestigingsadres. Contact: e.tozun@tozunsolutions.com.

What Shopahold does

Shopahold helps you keep a wish list next to a monthly budget. We do not sell products ourselves: when you buy something, you buy it from the shop and the shop's terms apply.

We read the name, price and picture from the shop's page. They can be wrong or out of date. Always check the price at the shop before you buy.

Account

You can use Shopahold without an account. If you create an account, you sign in with a code by email, with Google or with a passkey. Make sure nobody else can access your email or your device.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. TODO: confirm the minimum age.

Free and Pro

For free you can have up to 10 wishes on your list at a time. With Pro you have unlimited wishes and get a nudge when something on your list gets cheaper. Features announced as "coming soon" only become part of Pro once they are there.

Prices and payment

Pro costs €24 a year or €1 a week, including VAT. You pay in advance per period through Stripe. Stripe sells Pro on our behalf and handles the VAT; Stripe's terms also apply at checkout. TODO: align the wording with Stripe Managed Payments.

Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. If we change the price, we let you know beforehand and the new price only applies from the next period.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro any time in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for; after that it stops by itself.

If you then have more than 10 wishes, nothing gets lost. You can still see, move, buy and drop them. Only adding new wishes waits until you are below 10.

Affiliate links

If you go to a shop through a link in the app, Shopahold may receive a small fee. It does not change the price you pay and it does not change the order of your list.

Fair use

Do not use Shopahold to disrupt the service, to have pages read on a large scale or to misuse the app. Reading links has a reasonable daily limit per user. We may block an account in case of misuse.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Shopahold working well and available, but we cannot promise it never has an outage. We may improve and change the app.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before, except in case of intent or gross negligence. TODO: have this reviewed.

Your data

How we handle your data is described in the privacy statement. You can always download your data and delete your account in the app.

Changes and applicable law

If we change these terms, we let you know in the app beforehand. If you do not agree, you can stop and delete your account.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer you keep the protection the law of your own country gives you.
